PANA RealTyperTM HPV 32 Genotyping kit combines PNA (Peptide Nucleic Acid) probe-based qPCR technology and melting curve analysis, that maximizes capacity for multiplex detection.
As a sample thermally denatures fluorescent signal changes, enabling specific detection of 32 HPV genotypes, 20 high-risk and 12 low-risk, in only 3 tubes, within 3 hours. Automated analysis software enables convenient interpretation of the results.
PANA RealTyper portfolio also includes HPV kit that genotypes 20 high-risk, 2 low-risk and detects 18 other genotypes without genotyping, HPV screening kit and two STD kits (7 and 13 pathogens).
